End-User License Agreement for LRTimelapse
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THIS PROGRAM INSTALL.
LRTimelapse’s End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between Licensor (LRTimelapse – represented by Gunther Wegner) and the Licensee (you, an individual), who is being licensed to use LRTimelapse (in the following LRT) together with your License Key and all the provided Add-ons (Plugins, Templates, Presets etc.).
You acknowledge that this is only a limited nonexclusive license. The Licensor is and remains the owner of all titles, rights, and interests in the Software.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using LRTimelapse, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and LRTimelapse, and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use LRT.
LRT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. LRT is licensed, not sold.

Licensor grants you (as an individual) the right to install and use a copy of LRT on up to 2 different computers at the same time running a validly licensed copy of a operating system for which LRT was designed. - Software Environment.
