10. Services by Third Parties

10.1 Google Analytics

This website reserves the right to use Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google Inc., operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) and might raise and save data through this web analysis service from which user profiles are created through the use of pseudonyms. The user profiles created this way serve the analysis of the visitor’s behavior to create and improve a customized offer on this website. Google Analytics uses so-called “Cookies”, small text files which are saved on your computer, and which allow you an analysis of the website’s use. The information generated through the cookie about your use of the website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and saved there. In case of the website’s IP anonymization activation, your IP address, however, is shortened within the member countries of the European Union or in other Member States of the Agreement of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptions, the full IP address is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of this website’s provider, Google will use this information to analyze your use of the website, to compose reports about website activities and to procure further services, in conjunction with the use of this website and the use of the Internet, for the website provider. The IP address transmitted in your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data collected by Google. Even user profiles used under a pseudonym are not merged with the personally-related data about the user without express and separately-stated permission from the user. You can prohibit the storage of cookies through the appropriate setting of your browser software. However, we want to advise you, that in this case not all functions of this website may be fully functional and usable. Furthermore, you may prevent data collection through cookies related to your use of this website (incl. your IP address) and transmission to Google as well as data processing by Google by downloading and installing the available browser plug-in, available at the following link
Google’s Data Protection Policy can be viewed at You can find further information about the User Terms and Data Protection at, or at We advise you that Google Analytics is expanded on this website by the code “anonymizelp” to guarantee an anonymized raising of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

10.2 Social Media Links and Social Sharing

For our “social links” we use the so-called Shariff buttons, which do not forward user data to the social media platforms when the page is accessed.

You can therefore share our content in social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Google+, without those services being able to create surf profiles just by surfing our website. Our social media buttons only establish a direct contact between you and the networks if you actively click on one of these buttons. No automatic transmission of user data to the social networks will happen. When you use our social links and you are logged in to one of the social networks, an information window will appear where you can confirm the text you are going to post, before submitting.

10.3 Embedded Youtube and Vimeo Videos

Our website uses the Lazy Load for Videos plugin whenever a video is being embedded. This plugin prevents user data from being sent to the video platforms, if you don’t play the video back at all.

Only when you click on the video, the regular Youtube or Vimeo player will be loaded.

Operator of the Youtube plugin is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
Operator of the Vimeo plugin is Vimeo LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA.

If you click on any of our embedded or linked YouTube or Vimeo videos, you will be connected to the corresponding servers. This tells those servers from which site your are triggering the playback of that video. Additionally, if you are logged in to your YouTube or Vimeo account, you enable the corresponding service to assign the video playback to your personal profile. You can prevent this from logging out of your YouTube or Vimeo account.

If a Youtube or Vimeo video is played back, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behavior. Anyone who has disabled the storage of cookies for the Google Ad program will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos. Youtube and Vimeo also store non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

Additionally, Vimeo calls the tracker Google Analytics in the iframe, in which the video is called up. This is a separate tracking on vimeo’s side, to which we have no access. You can prevent Google Analytics tracking by using the opt-out tools that Google offers for some Internet browsers. You may also prevent the collection of Google Analytics-generated data related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing a browser plug-in.

For more information about how those services handle user Information, please read the YouTube Privacy Policy at and the Vimeo Privacy Policy at Vimeo customer can be found in the privacy policy of Vimeo at
